NoteZapper privacy policy

Effective 18 October 2026 · applies to NoteZapper 2.0 and later on iOS, iPadOS and Android

NoteZapper is a game that helps children learn to read music. We built it so that it does not collect any information about the people who use it.

What we collect

Nothing. NoteZapper has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. It does not ask for names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, or the device's advertising identifier, and it does not send anything to us or to anyone else.

What stays on the device

The game saves its progress (stars and finished levels) and settings (sound, note names) on the device so a child can pick up where they left off. This never leaves the device. Deleting the app, or choosing Grown-ups → Reset progress, removes it.

Purchases

If you buy a level pack, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play, under their privacy policies. NoteZapper only asks the store which packs have been bought on this account so it can open those levels. We never see payment details.

Purchases, settings and this policy are behind a grown-ups gate inside the app.

Children's privacy

NoteZapper is made for children. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent age where you live), and it contains no third-party services that do.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect in the app.
